Organisation Design We conduct detailed organizational design projects based on our knowledge of "best in class" organizations. These projects generally involve conducting an assessment of the current organization and the detailed design of the new organization. This type of project also involves close interaction with the client - in this case at the most senior levels. Several design options are reviewed and the pros and cons are discussed. Finally, a transition plan from the old to the new organization is prepared.
