First of all, we set up integrated cross-functional teams with the specialists of your company. With that team we compile all the required and relevant data for the project. In parallel we start our global research for suitable suppliers by our experts based around the world.

Further steps include the strategy definition, preparation of a request for proposal, and bidders conferences. At each step of the process the current supplier and new suppliers are treated on an equal footing. One objective is to build trust and put credible pressure on all suppliers by using a fair and transparent process, supported by specialized knowledge.

We measure our success by our results. We measure results not only in terms of savings (so far we have consistently achieved 15% to 20% savings for our clients) but also in terms of helping to build up a winning team for our client (we work with the client to transfer our know-how in order to ensure the sustainability of the savings).
