Project Implementation, Support & Interim Management Some clients need project management resources in China, but have not yet got the infrastructure on the ground. We can assume interim project management responsibilities and represent our clients' interests in China. We have assisted in a number of such situations including the project management of Greenfield projects, client representation in M&A and financing transactions, and the setting-up of infrastructure for clients in China.
