Dr. Sabine Stricker-Kellerer Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Sabine Stricker-Kellerer, based in the Munich office of the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, is Senior China Counsel and a member of the firm's China team. She advises European clients on their business activities in China. She has over 23 years' experience in advising on the establishment and restructuring of foreign investment projects in China, including a variety of legal aspects, such as technology licensing, taxation, and dispute resolution. In 1985 she was the first European lawyer to set up a presence for a continental European law firm in China. Today, she divides her time between China and Europe. She is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
